+ -1 moreFound him through an Angie's List posting, called he came out looked at what needed to be done, we set a date and he got it taken care of quickly.
Description of Work: Malcom replaced water damaged pergo floor with ceramic tile in bathroom and fixed and replaced pergo floor is other rooms damaged by water leak. He did a very good job at a very fair price.

+ 3 moreWe bought a foreclosure cabin that needed quite a bit of work. We live in Roswell full time and did not have any connections for repairs. A neighbor recommended Malcom and we're glad she did. His pricing is very reasonable - the best we've seen and you get quality work done. He is very honest and overall a great guy. We aren't usually this trusting, but he has the code to get in our cabin. This has made getting repairs very convenient, as we can't always drive up during the week. We've hired a lot of contractors in our time and had the best experience with Malcom.
Description of Work: Reinforced Deck for Hot tub. Built small privacy fence for hot tub on deck. Replaced Fascia board damaged by carpenter bees. Installed small section of ceramic tile/ repaired hardwood floor. Installed garbage disposal and switch.
