+ -1 moreHe was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. All charges for these professional services were quite reasonable. The hard drive had to be replaced. He tried as hard as he could to recover the data including a third trip with a new attempt. I can definitely recommend him and will call on him again when needed.
Description of Work: Repair/replace crashed hard drive. Included a home visit, taking the computer to his shop for further work, returning/reinstalling the computer and a third visit to try again to recover the crashed data.

+ -1 moreLarry was excellent to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and explained everything that he was doing, and gave us pointers on questions that were asked to him. This is the 3rd time we have contacted him when a problem arose, and he was always able to fit us in, to correct any situation we might have had.
Description of Work: Set up a wireless network, and new computer system. Another visit he was here to clean and replace the fan on the computer.

+ -1 moreJob 1: Larry could not have been anymore helpful than he was. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done that we asked for and then some. The price was more than fair. Also, his wife, who runs the office, is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very nice people. We will definitely use them again and will recommend him to others. Job 2: Larry is always on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He never wastes time. Explains and works at same time.
Description of Work: Job 1: Networked computers as well as linked a computer. He also connected printer to linked computer, cleaned up cookies, checked for viruses, instructed us all throughout the process, and advised us on many tips. We did not have an anti-virus program so he downloaded a free one for us until we could purchase one. Also, he advised us on the places for best prices, etc. ($104.) Job 2: Repaired our computer (would not boot up) and supplied us with what we needed for his repair (a power supply). ($66.74.)

+ -1 moreTHE PROBLEM WAS PRETTY BAD AND THE SOLUTION IN THE END TURNED OUT TO BE TO SIMPLY GET A NEW COMPUTER. BUT, HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD, INCLUDING CLEANING, TESTING AND RUNNING A SCAN PROGRAM. ALL TO NO AVAIL. HE WAS THERE FOR A GOOD HOUR AND CHARGED ME FOR ONLY HALF SINCE THERE WASN'T MUCH THAT COULD BE DONE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED A LOT TO ME. HE WAS VERY GOOD AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL ON THEM AGAIN, IF NEEDED.
