Shaun was very efficient at fixing our water main that was hit by lightening. Very professional! Great advice! Will be calling on them again.

It was a Sunday when we discovered one of our water heaters leaking from the bottom, overflowing the pan. The second one had also just started leaking. We called Tony?s and Tony called back about an hour later. Tony took my calls on his cell and answered all questions that I had about shutting the water heaters down and draining them. As promised, he called the next morning with a quote and Jake was out by 10:30 am to install the new water heaters. Jake was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are so, so satisfied with Tony?s service and relieved to know that we have a plumber that we can trust and rely on.

Same day service to replace a very old leaking water heater. I made contact midmorning and they were done by early afternoon. Better charge than another company. Both technicians were friendly and personable. I am glad I chose Tony's Plumbing.

From initial contact until an actual person showed up was less than an hour! I was shocked to learn that someone would be there the same day and beyond surprised when Shaun came so quickly. I needed repairs on two separate toilets. I explained what I thought was wrong with toilet #1 and Shaun confirmed and then explained how he would fix it. I told him what was happening with toilet #2 and he was able to see the issue and explain to me why it was happening and how he would fix it. I was impressed. He then gave me the cost for both toilet repairs, immediately got to work after my approval and was done and out in no time at all. My toilets are working just fine now. The contact person was very nice and helpful and I really appreciated her getting someone to my house so fast. I canâ t say enough nice things about Shaun. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and when he spoke to me to explain what was going on , why and how to correct, he did so in a manner I understood and he didnâ t have a superior attitude. And to top it all off, he put on shoe covers before entering my house. If needed, I will not hesitate to call them again!

I needed the to men who came out to scope out air in the water line. They resolved the issue and gave me the Kelly pump service to call. Great service!

Great company to work with, I have a log cabin in Hiawassee and Tonyâ s plumbing has fixed several issues for me. Replaced the upstairs shower, repaired the downstairs showers, installed a new kitchen faucet, and most recently replaced the main water line from the meter to the house. They communicate well, and do what they say there are going to do. I have been in this cabin for 6 years and Tonys has always taken care of me.

Yesterday Shawn came to access a broken pipe, the same day I called. He quickly figured out how make the fix and then went to work, even though it was 6:00 when he started. Excellent job at a reasonable price.

Jake and Tony diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it by replacing a part, and were extremely knowledgeable. They were also very good about explaining the problem and courteous. When I called the office the day before, I got a prompt response about scheduling. Jake and Tony called the next morning to say they were on their way. We have used this company for several years at different residences. Great service!

Matt did a great job. He explained every step of the way. He offered educational tips for prevention and maintenance. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of his work. The faucet works as intended, and I do not anticipate any issues.

We have used Tony's Plumbing several times, most recently for a clogged drainline to septic tank causing backup into basement. Dylan came out day of call, correctly diagnosed the problem, and with the help of Tony and a pressure jet was able to resolve the issue. We appreciate their prompt response and highly recommend.

Main drain to septic tank blocked causing problems throughout house (toilets, washing machine, sinks, tub, & shower). Called at 4pm on December 28th, 2021 hoping to get on schedule. Their technician, Jake, arrived at 9am the following morning & resolved the issue in one hour. Service was professional, courteous, & reasonably priced.
