N&N Garage Doors

We contacted several Garage Door companies and had them all give estimates on two garage doors and openers. After dealing with each of them N&N Garage Doors was the only company that seemed to care about what we wanted and went above and beyond excellent customer service. We picked out what kind of doors and openers we wanted they charged a fair price for everything. When the day came to install the doors Neal came and the construction was not ready he noticed the builder had made some mistakes on the construction of the Garage and not only explained and pointed those out to us but also called the builder. We rescheduled the installation. When the builder came to fix the issues he stated that Neal was the most knowledgeable person there is about doors and had a lot of respect for him. I couldn't believe a builder was admitting a mistake and praising the person who found it! When Neal came out the second time the wiring was not correct.. He patiently showed us what needed to be done and asked if we wanted him to go ahead and do it or the electrician we had doing the work. We ask him to perform the work because we really needed to close in the garage.He worked with no breaks or anything all day long. Our garage doors were beautiful an our openers worked perfectly.. The major surprised to all of this is he was NOT going to charge us any extra for the work he performed or having to come out twice and gave us an extra remote control for free. My husband and I wrote the check out for more than the total and the office called and said we had paid too much for the job. (I couldn't believe how honest these people were) I told them we wanted to tip Neal 500 for the work he did etc.. Neal called us personally and said that was too big of a tip and were we sure we wanted to do that. Once again we were blown away.. I can't say enough about this company they are great! Excellent, Knowledgeable, and they are local! We didn't know at the time but Neal is the owner!
