+ -1 moreOne year later and job has not been completed. Many excuses on why job was not completed. Requested a refund for services that were not provided. Diana Howell has not responded to my most recent request for a refund.
Description of Work: Diana Howell of Georgia Mountain Painting gave us an estimate of $1775.00 to partially paint our home. We gave her a $900.00 deposit. The check was cashed. One year later the job is still not complete. She has provided many reasons why job has not been completed. Apparently she has had many hardships in the past year. However, when you are in business, you complete the job as agreed (in a timely fashion) or you refund your customer if the work is not completed as agreed. I e-mailed Diana Howell at Georgia Mountain Painting and asked her to refund our deposit. She said she felt that she should be paid for pressure wash she did a year ago and offered to complete the job. I explained that the house will need to be re-pressure washed since it has been a year and I declined her offer to complete the job as I no longer trust her business practices and her ability to complete a job due to her many personal issues. My last attempted contact was on 8-6-15 when I once again requested a refund. She did not respond to my e mail.
