He's wonderful! His work and punctually is excellent. He's professional. I interviewed three contractors. He wasn't the cheapest but he was honest about the cost and how long it would take.

Not only was he competent, but he was always on time. His prices were also fair. My sons are contractors and when they came to inspect the addition they could find no fault. He did a really great job!

We thought we were getting a good price, but it ended up costing us in the end. The work was never on time. We got few updates on the progress and then only when we bugged him. The work was shoddy. We had to do an extensive punch list when the projects were supposedly finished, but he never completed all the needed repairs and touch ups. Failed to complete a gutter and downspout section after over a month past due, which then significantly contributed to flooding in our basement as torrents of water poured directly at the foundation. To make it all just too much, he actually ran over our custom mailbox and didn't tell us... A neighbor saw it, and when confronted he agreed to fix it. He sent one of his guys to do so, but then they damaged the mailbox even more trying to get it to fit to post incorrectly! Come to find out that he did this same thing to another neighbor on our street!
