+ -1 moreWe initially talked with Dee Dee over the phone, and then RIck was the one that showed up for the quotes and install. Both were very friendly and professional. And worked to be sure we were getting what we wanted. Provided good input and answers to our questions. We were very pleased with the results. And even more with the Budget Blinds warrantee! Choosing RIck and DeeDee was one of the best choices we made during our renovation.
Description of Work: Rick Siefken (owner along with his wife Dee Dee) came out, measured, worked with us to determine the best solution (type, fabric, etc.) for our need. Provided a very competitive quote. Then came out and installed the treatments 8 pieces), and made sure we were happy with them. Note that our home is just under 70 miles from their store. A year later, replaced one unit at absolutely no cost, no questions asked!
