Very well. I requested extra aeration core plugs removed per square foot (because of packed clay soil), and my request was honored.

We are very happy with the work they are doing in our yard. One of our neighbors commented the other day how wonderful our yard is looking!

We bought a foreclosed home a began renovation. Houseman Pest came out an treated our home for termites. They gave us a great deal and my father, who is a home builder, uses them for all of his homes. We will be calling them soon to come out to our business, The Window Source.

I am on the second service and the quality of my lawn is dramatically improved. When I compare my lawn with neighbors lawns that use difference services I feel that my lawn has less weeds and is fuller.

They arrive early, and do their jobs with a pleasant attitude. If you ask them to do something they happily do it. They were referred to me by my parents who have used them for years. I am pleased with the decision to have them take over the task of managing my yard and would recommend them to anybody who was looking for a lawn service or pest control.

I have been using their services since we moved in. We live in between two pastures so their are plenty of bugs that want to come in. Houseman has the best prices and service in town. Our guy, Mark, is punctual and helpful. You have to give them a call.

The provider came on time and did a complete job and spraying both the out side and in side of home.

They are great. They are very responsive. When you call them with any kind of issues, they follow right up with whatever it is. I moved 30 miles out of town and they still came out and service my property. Their prices are fair. I am still using them.

Called two companies in town for termite control when we first moved in, one company sent someone who did not even review the house, just gave us a contract to sign and told us they had looked at the house before we purchased it and everything was fine. When Houseman arrived they went over the house with a fine-toothed comb and found some damage that had to be addressed. They did a drawing of the entire house and showed us what and how they would treat. We went with them because of their professionalism and attention to detail. We have also used them for flea control, they sprayed the backyard and did a good job at a reasonable price. They continue to fertilize our yard and spray for weeds. The price is good and they do a good job.

We have been using Houseman for years because their prices are much more affordable than the large well-known chains. In addition, they do our annual inspection/spraying for termites. There is an extra charge for the annual termite spraying. This is a family-owned, local business and we are pleased to have them do the work for us.

They are prompt. They call before they arrive and let me know that they will be there. I've never had a problem with termites since using them but they would come out if I needed them.

This servicing went fine, just as always. Houseman Pest Control is a family-run business and does not charge as much as some of the high-profile companies (national chains) that spend millions on advertising.

We have been so happy with the service that we asked them to give us an estimate to add termite service to our yearly contract. We also shopped around with some of the competition, but we have decided that we are most comfortable with Houseman. They will also be giving us a discount on our current service for adding the termite service.

Houseman Pest Control provides good service year round. Even though I could probably get a better price somewhere else, they always show up on time and they are improving their customer service.
