Salesman seemed like he knew nothing about home construction. He was a salesman, and thats it. They pressure you to sign quick, start with a ridiculous high price ($10,000 for gutters hahahaha) and work their way down. I signed and canceled a few days later because it just did not feel right. There was a bad construction spot in my home that they did not care to correct, just slap new gutters on the same bad problem. When I called to cancel I was instructed to call the warranty number, which was disconnected. I made sure the agreement was canceled. Installers showed up at my home at 4:30 on the scheduled (canceled) day in the afternoon, in the rain, anyway. Salesman never communicated with his team the job was off. Nice. Very professional. Avoid this company at all costs.

They send sales people to your home who try to make you think you are getting a deal when the initial quote of $17,500 can be discounted down to $5,000. I felt like I was at a used car lot in my own home. If I had read a review like this, I would never have had them come give me an estimate.
