Wesley and Wesley (yes, there were two Wesleys) were courteous and very professional. They asked the right questions and did the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

It went great! Wesley is very nice to work with. He's a firefighter as are most of his workers and they are just all-around nice guys. My husband and I are fairly new to Athens, so he was very helpful with a variety of information we can use. The only reason I gave the price a "B" and not an A is that initially we were quoted the price for one truckload. However, it was 2 truckloads so that was a bit of a surprise to us but we wanted to get it all hauled out. Again, super-nice guys. Very nice experience.

Wesley Williams was on time and he was very courteous and considerate. He cleaned out a roomful of junk that had just piled up as well as a lot of trash. He didn't just take it all to the county dump. He recycled what he could and took bags of clothes to the Salvation Army. The price was comparable to other junk haulers, maybe even a little less. But the service and friendliness made working with Wesley a joy. Wesley is a firefighter for Clarke County and he and some of the other firefighters do this in their off time. I was certainly happy to support our local firefighters. I would recommend Haul Away Heroes to anyone who is looking for a friendly, courteous, reliable, ethical service to haul away junk. I have already spoken to Wesley about cleaning out some other rooms for me.

I reached out to Wes for junk hauling services for an upcoming project at my home. I had already reached out to several other companies for quotes and information on the services they provide. Haul Away Heroes(Wes) was the only one who didn't seem to rush me off the phone. He took the time to explain his cost and the reasons for his cost, which I appreciated very much. He also informed be that he might be a little bit more than the competition, but he himself would help load all the items, which is not a service offered by the others. He was just so polite and thorough. He took his time to make sure I was informed and he really made me feel comfortable. I definitely plan on using his services soon!!

I contacted Wes at Haul Away Heroes and he was able to come out the next morning (actually apolozied for not coming out that day!) He gave me an estimate ahead of time. Moved, packed and hauled away oversized big screen rear projection TV and cabinet (extremely heavy) Wesley was very pleasant, courteous and harding working. I would definitely recommend Haul Away Heroes and would absolutely contact them in the future.
