"Owner came to our home, we discussed what we needed. She quoted me $150. Cleaners came same day and finished half of the house, said they'd be back the next day to finish. One of the ladies complained they weren't being paid enough and her disappointment showed in her cleaning. The second day, the owner called me to say she had under-bid the job and needed an additional $50. She said if I wasn't good with that, it was fine. Shortly later, I received a text message from the owner telling me she couldn't expect her ladies to work for less than they were worth. I responded, I didn't think they should either but that was her issue. I contracted with her for a set price, she's responsible for paying her people, not me. She then wrote me and said if I didn't want to pay the extra money they would not completely do the job, the master bedroom and I would not be cleaned. She then texted the lady who was unhappy with the bid and told them to leave NOW. There were 2 mirrors that had not been cleaned properly so one of the ladies said she would leave after she corrected the issues. We were asked to make our check out to the owner and they left...no invoice, no receipt. VERY disappointed in the service, would definitely not recommended. TBT, had she bid the job properly we would have gladly paid the price. We just felt like she half finished then tried to extort additional money and I would not allow that."
