Dad's Construction

David and Robin made a great first impression. They were very easy to work with, jovial and pleasant the whole time , which isnâ t often the case. The job was perfect and they cleaned up their workspace very nicely. We had a little problem at the end, but because of the late hour, they assured us they would come back and correct it. It was not their fault, rather the construction of the house ! We would gladly and without a doubt highly recommend them to anyone !! Thanks Guys Joni

David was great. He explained what he was going to do and did what he said he'd do. His communication was frequent and kept me up to date. Not only does he knows his craft, but his work quality is top notch. Honest and reliable, you can't ask for much more.

Fine group of guys. Knowledgeable. Priced right. Finding someone to do window repairs was close to impossible until I found David Logan and company. They knew just what to do, they knew just the parts to order. They made my old worn out (but beautiful) windows weathertight once again. They made them work properly again too. I'm very grateful.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. Communication was poor, no schedule to keep them accountable to, they showed up late and left early, thework looks like it was completed by a 4th grader, they got paint on my carpet, walls and all over the place... Even in their new **trim work**, they damaged some drywall, left a mess, ran over bricks in my yard, and did not fix them. When the inspection of the job was reviewed and critiqued, I was met with insults and threats. I wish I could upload pictures. At the end of the day, they cost me more money to fix their work. My advice would be DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Not sure how they got a good rating on here and a poor one online. Maybe the work I hired them to do is just not their skill set? BUT, at least they could have cleaned up after themselves and not damage my home as they did.

Great guys down to earth and easy to work with, very patient and honest. Also have a sense of humor. I am pleased with the job. The work looks very good.

We had many different things to do in our yard, tree removal, stump grinding, thin congested woods, pull down vines and remove deadfall, moving dirt, filling holes, and hauling away a big pile of yard debris. The bigger tree companiesâ stump grinders were too big to get into the smaller tighter areas of the hard. Dadâ s construction found the perfect stump grinder and was able to do all of the work. Very hard workers. Will use them again. Jack of all trades. I nicknamed him â Do Dadâ because he can do about anything.

When I requested this service on Home Advisor I asked for installing a pet door inside my house. Home Advisor listed the service as installing an exterior door. Dad's construction still did the job for me even though Home Advisor listed it incorrectly.

They replaced my main entrance door and hidden rotten wood area to perfection and at a reasonable price. Good quality work and craftsmanship. Highly recommend. Will hire them again!

They do good work. I will hire them for additional repair and installation work I need completed. I would have give them a 5 star rating instead of 4.5 if communication was better. Other than that I m very happy with the work

They did an excellent job building a screen room on my deck. The finished product looks great. I would rate straight 5's if communication was better but then it's difficult for contractors to respond quickly since they are on the job all day. I would definitely hire them again.

David is a thorough professional. He keeps his word. I am extremely happy with his services. He had installed all the wardrobes that is complex. The work required creativity to cut the wood the right way. The end result is outstanding. The best part of David is he takes time to do the job but ensures that his work is picture perfect. No compromises with quality.

David was very competent and completed the work quickly. He was held up a bit by rain on painting. He installed a new front door and replaced a gutter for my sister-in-law in Woodstock.

David, the owner, has a fantastic attitude and quality eye. His prices beat all other estimates, he keeps the work spaces clean, and completed the work in a timely manner. I've already hired Dad's to do some additional work for us. If you need construction work completed with quality you should bring Dad's out to estimate your job.
