Technician was friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem went to get the correct part at a local supply and had the capacitor replaced with the system running within 90 minutes of his arrival.

Top Quality provided a much lower cost quote for the same Trane HVAC for the 4 contractors who quoted. Top Quality provided a substantially better labor warranty at this lower cost. Top Quality quoted the system on Wednesday night and installed on Thursday as my HVAC was down. The install team was very professional. As a retired engineer, I found the installation quality top notch. The team cleaned up after completing installation leaving the area around HVAC better than they found it. Strongly recommend Top Quality.

Connor came out and quickly diagnosed my A/C issue as a bad fan motor. He tried everything he could to try to make it work so we would atleast have some temporary A/C since he didn't have the part needed on his truck. He came back the next day and replaced the fan motor and got my house cool again. He was very professional and personable and I appreciated him taking the time to teach me about how the fan worked and going above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend top quality and I will reach out to them for any other heating and cooling issues I might have.

Top Quality is exactly what they say they are "Top Quality". We had an appointment scheduled for a certain day. when they called and asked to come a day sooner, which helped. The technician showed up, was very professional and knew exactly what to do. Took about 1.5 hours and our AC has worked perfectly since.

The owner is a great guy, he quoted a great price and the crew knock out the installation very quickly with no issues. Overall, I am very happy. I rarely give anybody a 5 star review, but it was warranted.

Rob was amazing at responding quickly and being available to answer any questions. He was so polite and professional. I was a little disappointed that little shards of metal were left behind in a portion of our driveway/grass area. We always have kids playing outside. My husband had to clean it up, which wasn t a huge deal, but it should have been done by the company. Pricing was pretty average for the industry. Overall we ve noticed a huge difference so far and have been happy with replacing our upstairs AC/furnace system.
