Excellent company. I found them on google. They have great reviews. 2 guys came out and were honest and checked everything. Very thorough job. I signed up for their maintenance plan without them selling it to me. They seemed to actually care about me and my home and that everything worked when they left. I really appreciate that. They are my 6th company in 5 years since I've moved into my home and finally I think I picked a good one.

Bethany who received my call and scheduled my Appt. Was very friendly and professional. The tech did a good job of analyzing my concern, needed a thermostat. My only disliked was the tech had to go buy a thermostat, from Home Depot ($20.00) but charged me a $179.00 for the thermostat. I have no probably paying for a upcharge but 9x more than what the part actually cost. In retrospect, they did change the price from $179.00 to $100.00 (the part only). I still paid the service fee for coming out and the $100.00 for the part, you decide?

The inside person I scheduled the appointment with was extremely nice !!! The techs who did my maintenance service were very nice and knowledgeable and I signed a maintenance contract with them. Thanks for getting me in touch with this fine company !!!

If you need superior, professional and punctual technical installation, Top Quality Heating & Cooling is the small business you can rely on. Long story short, older GE furnace started leaking water from unseen rusted coils (thought is was the condenser unit). The tech adviser, Jeremy, evaluated the extent of the problem, gave me choices (cost comparison and warranty information) and placed an order as quickly as possible knowing 90+ temperatures were norm in August! Their administrator, Bethany, kept me informed regarding obtaining the parts from out of State (COVID19 slowed down shipment from local parts warehouses). Three days later a whole new TRANE system has been installed by the best installation team ever: Ferando & Ricardo. Thank you, Team Top Quality!

The company is fantastic! I had both full systems installed (condenser and furnace) after one of our units broke down. Jeremy came out to give me a quote and was extremely kind and professional. He made observations about changing some configurations in order to help with airflow and cleaner air. They worked us in early since they knew we were down a system in the heat. Two gentlemen worked diligently to get both systems done ahead of schedule! After the system was installed I had some things I wanted changed with airflow and someone came out the next day to address my concerns. Bethany in the office is extremely helpful and responsive as well! Great team and will use them now for our yearly maintenance too!

This company is "way too overpriced". They wanted to charge me $955 to install 2 overflow shut off valves on the secondary drain pain at the furnace. "This did NOT even include a new secondary drain pan!! To give even a clearer picture: the overflow shut off valves have an "average cost of $45 per".... so they wanted to charge me over $800 for labor ??? For a Grand Total of $955 !!!! My recommendation is: Do your research !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

They performed the spring A/C checkup. There were no issues. All is good.
