Horrible experience that I’ve had to deal with for last couple of years. First, when roof was being put on, they punctured my Freon line with nail gun. Cost me a new Heating/AC unit. They gave me $500. Unit was $3000. Next roof leaked. I called them out, said the wood around fireplace was rotten. I asked why not fixed when roof put on. They repaired, cost about $300. Still leaked. They said it was something that should have been done when roof put on but I don’t remember what it was. At least that’s what their worker said. I’ve had them out 6 times and had ceiling painted about 3. Still leaked so they told me might be my chimney cap. Not sure why they didn’t tell me that before. Had chimney cap replaced but the guy who did it said where my leak was inside would not have been caused by that. Any leak from there, and he could see inside when it was removed, would have gone inside down into my fireplace, never happened. Also had a new roofer out, at my expense. Said there was siding missing and he felt like that and the fact that they had used so much caulking, that contributed to my problem. They have informed me that they will not come back again so I am stuck with paying a new roofer. But as inept as they have been, it’s probably for the best. Also as a customer with this much trouble, you think the owner would have reached out to me but no. He would never take my calls or call me back. So all I can do is warn others about their workmanship and professionalism. But that is taught by the owner so you see my point. (And I’m sorry I don’t remember exact date. I just know roof was still under warranty and this has been going on for couple of years). What you see is what other roofer told me should have been repaired.

Real reasonable and very nice people. Coordinated the insurance and everything, so we didn't have to worry about anything.
