+ -1 moreI have been using Melvin since I moved to Fayetteville 2 years ago. He is a good, honest man and does good work. I thought my AC needed Freon but he checked and said no. His service call charge was 60.00 and I asked him about the cool line because the insulation was cracked and he wrapped it.
Description of Work: checked AC and wrapped cold line for better insulation.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, courteous, and did good work. They cleaned up after themselves very well also. I have found them to be very reasonably priced, their prices beat the competitors I checked into, and they were very straightforward about it.
Description of Work: They installed two new heat pump systems. I had two old systems that needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreIntegrity Air is a small, privately owned business in Ball Ground, GA. I live about 30+ miles away but he happily serves our area. Brandon was very professional in appearance and work performed. This is my second yearly contract with him for heat and air seasonal service checks and repair. He is very thorough in his checks of each system, I do not have to call and set up the seasonal checks as he calls and sets up the appointments at your convenience at the beginning of each season for heat in the fall and air in the spring. He lets you watch (if you want…), and urges you to at least come and see what he did and shows or explains to you any problems that he detects. His pricing is fair, he is honest and the name of his business speaks to his demeanor and professionalism – INTEGRITY.
Description of Work: Brandon Richards, owner of Integrity Air, came to my home last year as a recommendation from a friend. I was having problems with my air conditioning at the time. He came promptly, detected the problem and repaired the unit. I felt comfortable with his work and signed a “Seasonal Check” agreement. I have now signed my second agreement and am quite happy with my decision. The above amount paid this year included the new contract, repairs that were required and additional refrigerant that was needed. He let me know that the unit is old and is slowly leaking refrigerant, but did not try to talk me into a new unit saying that if it continues to leak (he had to add some last year), that I may want to consider replacing the unit in a couple of years if it gets worse.
