Excellent. Repaired laptop and cleared all viruses, downloaded info from old desktop and shredded hard drive, reinstalled printer and got it working again.

Superb job, and very reasonably price. Even better, showed a lot of support for my 93-year-old mother who felt guilty that her computer was hacked. I can't be with her all of the time, so it's a big help to have someone like 1 Man Geek who I can trust to do right by her.

Dealing with John was a pleasant experience from the beginning. He called me back immediately and, as luck would have it, had a cancellation so could offer same day service. He was prompt and personable; armed with the appropriate equipment and software; and most importantly, didn't make me feel like an idiot! He spent 3 tireless hours with me that were well worth the outcome. He was able to recover important data and get the computer back up and running. Moreover, he educated me on many computer-related items and gave me pointers that will help me in the future. He was not pushy and was very responsive to my concerns and questions. This is the best computer company that i have ever experienced! Forget the big box locations, or these local IT stores, I have tried them all. John was courteous, honest, showed up early, professional, willing to listen and explain what was needed---and patient as we are not computer people. Both our computers run faster than ever before, all the work requested was done with precision and expertise, and, I can't think of one thing that could be done to improve the service he provided. Use 1 Man Geek you will be happy you did- we will never use any other provider.

John was awesome. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He came in and took care of fixing the problem, which was a lengthy process, and helped my staff get the store up and running in a timely manner. John is always great. He is very personable, conscientious and thorough. He really takes the time to make sure we are always on track and up to date with all our computer needs - anything from virus protection, hardware, software issues, etc. I highly recommend him for any computer services you may need.

I'm no tech person. John knew he had an easy mark when we 1sr met. John spent 10.5+ hours fixing my computer. All at my home. I feel that it was a bargain seeing all of the problems I had self inflicted. John found, evaluated and fixed every problem I brought to his attention. He also made me notes on how I could fix some things my self and save some money . John didn't need to do that. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH JOHN AND HIS SERVICES. IF I NEED COMPUTER HELP IN THE FUTURE, JOHN WILL BE MY 1ST CALL. I have no prior experience with this and don't know how $45.75 / hr (all inclusive) rates. cost / hour: $915.00 / 20 = $45.75 / hr

It went great. 1 Man Geek did everything he promised and more. I had subsequent need for computer repair services create by hacks to some of friends systems. I also had hardware issues with my printer. Based on my previous experience, I did not hesitate to call 1 Man Geek. By no means a deal breaker, 1 Man did show himself willing to charge negotiated rates for his services. I will be using 1 Man Geek to perform regularly scheduled service on my entire computer based system. 1 Man Geek has been to my home 4 times at approx $225 / visit ($35 / visit drive time getting to/from my home)

I am pleased with everything that John did. I am glad that John helps me learn how to use programs that I did not know existed. He is patient, easy to talk to and we visit about other things that are happening in our lives too. I would love really like to have him as my next door neighbor so I could call on him daily.

Years worth of details...seriously? Let's just say that whatever our computer issues are he fixes them! When we need him, he responds & makes everything better. He is VERY knowledgeable, persistent to solve an issue or issues & at a very reasonable cost. Trustworthy. Friendly. Professional although over the years he has become a friend & can simply be himself & we share our family lives.

Not being a techno guy I'm not sure of all the ins/outs. I do know, John was patience as I tried to explained and he was understanding of my questions and lack of knowledge other than turning on and using. He cleaned up, installed, programmed, explained, I was thoroughly impressed with the timeliness and friendliness. Any further questions or directions were easily handled over the phone and he was happy to assist, great experience. I did compare service/price with Best Buy, they were way to impersonal, costly, I knew further contact would cost even more etc.
