Description of Work: We pay them once a year to come out and check the traps for termites. If we have any problems we can just call them.

Description of Work: annual inspection of crawl space. I pay 125.00 yearly for a termite bond that requires an annual inspection,cost is included in the fee. The local office also agreed to lower my renewal fee to the current charge and keep it at a fixed price as long as I renewed yearly...I have lived at my current location 37 years and have been a customer of Terminix about 30 years
