I left a message on their website requesting a contact at about 4:30 AM Thursday morning. I told them my air conditioner was not working. It asked for best time to call and I put in 9:30 AM. At 9:30 AM a young lady called and I told her what was happening. She said they would come out and look at it that day. A service man was at my door before 5:00 pm. He inspected my Air conditioner and found the problem. He then explained what was wrong and gave me a quote to fix it. I authorized the repair and he had it up and running in about 30 minutes. They have always been on-time for appointments. The service techs have been professional and have completed each job at the quoted price. Pricing seems to be a little on the high side, but it is worth paying a little more for reliable service. This company has a policy of doing the job right the first time or doing it over at no cost. They seem to be very customer-oriented.
