Mrs. McKenzie did an awesome job helping me schedule an appointment with the service tech. She was very kind and she sent an amazing tech to fix our AC.

They have proven to be a trustworthy and dependable every single time we have used them. They installed a new unit at my home in 2014. My husband and I were impressed with their professionalism and the pleasant experience from the quote to the end of the install. I kept them in mind and recommended them to my boss for HVAC services at the office and his rental homes. Cooper’s recently installed 2 new units for my boss, one at the office, and one at a rental home. Again, Cooper’s provided outstanding service. There was a snafu with the brand of A/C unit installed at the rental home. As soon as it was realized, I contacted Drew on a Friday night, he promptly contacted me back that very night to work on getting it resolved! The next week Cooper’s went back to the rental home and switched out the A/C unit. I highly recommend Cooper's Heating & Air to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable HVAC company.

The system is working so I guess it's good. They came right out when I called them. I'm very happy. It took them about one day to install that system. They are just fine.

Our experience with Cooper's Heating & Air was all-around excellent. We live in Tallahassee and found them at the Home Show. We spoke with other A/C companies, but Cooper's impressed us the most. Oh, and they let us spin the wheel and win a prize. Their estimator (Ken, in our case) showed up on time and we explained we needed a new system, but also needed to be able to control the temperature on the second floor separately. The existing system couldn't do that. He took pictures, consulted with some other folks at Cooper's and came up with the least expensive solution, which was about $5,000 less than the other estimate. Amazingly, Ken sat out in his vehicle and worked up the estimate and then delivered it through a driving rain. (Sorry, Ken). It was a few weeks later when we scheduled the install. The install went smoothly and our installers, Frankie and Mike, were friendly and totally professional. There was a small miscommunication that required them to come back, but they did so immediately and fixed the minor issue. We've had the system up and running for several weeks and it is working perfectly. We can recommend Cooper's without reservation.

Coopers saved us from a weekend of no A/C. We noticed on a Saturday night that the unit was no running and the house was getting warmer and warmer. We called 1st thing Sunday morning, and were greeted by a friendly voice, and the technician was dispatched by 10:00 that same morning. It turned out to be a problem at the electrical breaker box, and he fixed it up quickly. He also did a through check of the rest of the system, and all was well. The cost was reasonable, even considering they came out on a Sunday. I would recommend them again!

Tech very helpful . found several small items that needed attention.. but quoted prices were very high and included such things as travel time, etc that were all ready included in the service call price. I had another contractor complete the work and replace the condenser fan that Cooper missed at about 1/3 the cost.

They were on time, professional and did a complete system check. My husband has HAC experience and said they did not miss looking at anything! Great job! We have since signed an annual maintenance contract with them

very well in fact the owner agreed to come after I got home from work and it was Friday night he provided me with exactly what I needed for my home. We have a split level home and the eisting unit no way could cool upstairs and down stairs. I have allergies and wanted something I could depend on in my later years. I explained that I travel for work and that needed something in writing that he could be trusted to install while I was out of town and that at anytime I felt like he had not met his commitment for the security of my residence while he and his workers were installing my new system that he would pay for everything. You know the only thing I could have complained about never told anyone until now. I am diabetic and I keep a can of soda in the frige just in case of emergency and someone got thirsty. Mr. Cooper did a great job and I highly recommend him.

Cooper's provided excellent and professional service, including inspecting our unit at no additional charge, and advising what maintenance it would be requiring. I mentioned that one of the air ducts had come loose from the floor vent previously- Cooper's did not install our ducts- and the serviceman even got under the house and made sure everything was in order. He was punctual, courteous, and the work was done quickly. Our serviceman was very cordial, and was careful to explain everything in terms I could understand. Would definitely hire them again in the future.

The customer service was great. And they didn't leave any mess behind. Overall it was half the price other companies wanted for the project and the quality of the work was amazing!

I have used this company for almost 2 years. They do a good job. One time I did have to wait several hours for them to show up and they didn't call to let me know they were late. I called them, they apologized and the next time they were more prompt. They send out a helpful newsletter that includes tips on energy savings and reports on tax breaks. Their communication is great.
