"I would not recommend her at all she did the same with us, we bought new build from her and the builder Billie Boggus construction does NOT BACK UP HIS WORK and she knows this and makes believe she's working for you but does not, BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROM HER and era all in one, Albany Ga. At closing told us to make a list we did and today we still waitting to get driveway fixed never done right from day one and to top it off, builder sent his plumber to locate a sewer pipe and yes they found it under driveway. dug up driveway made it worst and still have not fixed it. WOW al needed is a bobcat bucket of crush stone but ERA and the builder cant offord about 75.00 of stone i even said i would spread it no charge. the other issue i never got all sod for landscaping because told by builder he give a gift of sod 3 pallets what nerve. now she knows this is still going on you would think she make it right, but tell you what i will contiue with this issue till my last breath, im getting good help now from state and contacted NY office ERA and working on issue with Attorney Generale of Georgia. Everyone STAY AWAY. Never Never have i run into this 8th home my wife and i own"
