Description of Work: Affordable Heat and Air installed a complete heating/airconditioning system in my new house in 2008. They offered a 10 years parts and labor garantee on this system for $500.00 which we enrolled in. Part of the system is inside the roof of the house. Their errors in initial installation caused water to accumulated in the pan inside and overflow thru the emergency exit. It took them 4 visits to figure out the installation was incorrect and to replace the inside pan. A year later the heating went out and it took 3 additional visits and 3 weeks to get the heat back on and they said the heat was working but there was still a problem in the control system. They never returned or called. Today the airconditioning went out when it was 95 degrees outside and all I could get was their answering machine. It has been 5 hrs and they have not returned my call.
