VINCENT TOTAL MAINTENANCE

We called Vincent and he came out to give an estimate on the job. He agreed to do the job with materials provided by us. He showed up with a crew of what appeared to be teenagers. He provided an air handler which we later asked him not to install but he went ahead and cut one of the hoses so we couldn't return it. He worked for 2 days and needed us to connect the electricity to finish. After we got it connected he came by but couldn't get the units to work. He even charged our credit card for the remainder of the job before it was complete. After that he never showed up for a month and avoided our phone calls. We disputed the charge he made and all the sudden he wanted to come over and make it right. We went ahead and had other HVAC companies evaluate the work and all of them thought that we had attempted to install the units ourselves. We hired someone else to fix it instead after finding out that Vincent lied about being licensed. Avoid this company at all costs.

He doesn't clean air ducts properly. He uses a regular vacuum cleaner. He was supposed to show up for a maintenance call and never did show up. ?He overlooked and misdiagnosed a problem which turned out to be a major thing that needed to be done.?
