+ -1 moreWhen dropping off the dumpster, the driver hit my brick wall, knocking over several feet of bricks. When I called about it, the operator was rude, unresponsive, and very dismissive of my concern. Would never use this company again.
Description of Work: Ran the dumpster into my brick wall and then denied and responsibility.

+ -1 moreCustomer service was atrocious. No callbacks, very rude, nonresponsive, and called me a liar on the phone.
Description of Work: They left a dumpster in my driveway as requested for a 2 month remodel job. I had emptied it 3 times. The last time the truck came to empty the dumpster he hit a side wall of my driveway and ruined the brick of a 4 foot stretch. The driver denies any responsibility even though it was clearly hit by their truck the day they picked up the dumpster. I'm now left with a $3000 repair job.

+ -1 moreWe hired them because they were recommended to us. They arrived right on time and completed the work in the projected amount of time. They did a great job cleaning everything up when they were finished. Everything was cleaned up when they left. The work was great.
