Description of Work: Pressure washed house, patio and patio wall, patio furniture, driveway, wooden carved front doors, gutters, chimney. Removed frayed hardy plank panels and replaced them. Prepared house, panels, doors, etc. for paint. Painted all these above surfaces. Our air conditioning lines dripped water out and onto the area next to our foundation. They put in lines to drain the water away from the foundation. Stained carved wooden front door.

 + 10 moreThe job started with just the replacement of the siding. But, after finding a leak in the roof, I also extended the job to include the roof replacement. Rafael's crew was always very prompt and Rafael always inspected the work his crew did. He even had the crew redo some of the siding because he didn't like the way it lined up. He treated my house as I suspect he would his own. He was very critical about the work and took great care when he did his numerous inspections.
Description of Work: * Replaced cedar siding with Hardiplank concrete siding. * Replaced roof shingles and decking and replaced rotten beams and added additional beams for support. * Rebuilt the fireplace due to rotted wood. * Replaced gutters.
