+ -1 moreI fired our landscapers over a year ago after they came out off-schedule and harassed our dog who was in the yard (he is a very friendly little dog but their guy thought it was funny to point the blower at him repeatedly). The next company couldn't remember the concept of closing gates after they left so that our dogs wouldn't get out. I gave up, and tried (very unsuccessfully) to handle our yard myself for a year. We do not have a lot of grass, but what we do have is at a steep angle, and we have a back yard that is all wooded and very difficult to maintain. I knew that I needed help. I put a request on ATL Lawn Care's website in in the morning, Bryan called almost immediately, he was in the area and came out same day. He gave me a quote and came out to do the work that next week. I couldn't ask for quicker service. He was professional, and his team did a great job cleaning up, and our yard needed A LOT of TLC. Glad to say that we won't be in that situation next Spring, am going to continue having them come weekly. I knew that they didn't have reviews on Angie's list, but I found good reviews on other sites about this company, and most importantly, of three companies that came out to quote, Bryan at ATL Lawn Care was the only one who had great ideas about how to make my yard look better (rather than just telling me they will cut the lawn and clean up leaves). He also was the most affordable. One company charged a ridiculous fee to handle weed control in addition to landscaping, but ATL Lawn Care adds a small fee for this when you do ongoing maintenance with them (no contract or commitment required, which was important to me after the last two failed companies). For the amount of work we had, I expected (as did they) that it would take multiple trips, but they accomplished 95% of the work in one trip (just need to come back for post-emergent), including trimming back some trees that were pushing on our fence. The team did an awesome job, they all had a great attitude. Thesy are hard workers, which saved time and money. Really happy I found ATL Lawn Care... have already recommended them to friends.
Description of Work: Lawn Care, leaf removal, trimmed small trees that were pushing against fence, trimmed bushes, put down pine straw, weed pre-emergent, weed post-emergent.. and I've signed up for regular lawn care (weekly) going forward.
