YOU'VE GOT IT MAID

Extremely disappointed. Only sent one woman, to clean entire house. Completely skipped things I paid extra for, like cleaning out drawers and cupboards, cleaning some woodwork and sweeping out garage. Also, paid extra to have blinds cleaned and they were still dirty. There was still dirt on the floors and on kitchen counters. Ended up having to do work myself, at last minute. Carpet cleaning was the only thing, done right. Owner is hard to contact and refused a partial refund. Offered to send workers back to fix things, but new family had already moved in and some things will not be accessible. The entire point of the job, which I made clear, was to have the house spotless, for the next family. Instead it was still dirty, which was a huge inconvenience, especially after paying almost $300. The job should be done right the first time, not after the workers come out a second trip. I would not recommend this business for any cleaning.
