The work completed was done timely and professionally.

The repairman, Jeff was a little late in his schedule so he called to let me know about the small time difference. He was friendly, polite, and offered information about plumbing issues I wasn't aware of, like septic maintenance. All the items I'd asked about were fixed, and he noticed another small issue that he also attended to in an adjacent drain area. He detailed all the services the company offers (I had no clue!) without being pushy at all. He was courteous, helpful, and just a great guy to work with. I'm new to the area and it's hard to find a good repair service. I'll definitely be using Yohe again.

The service was alright. They were not real personable, not that I expected them to be, but a little courtesy would have went a long way. My biggest complaint is that they did not wear any sheet covers on their shoes, and because of that, they tracked dirt throughout my house when servicing the toilet on the second floor of my home. They also left a mess on the floor for me to clean up, which was straining on me due to the fact that I had a broken leg at the time.

It took most of the day but they did a great job! Had to leave other tanks under the house which I knew could not be removed. Have used them in the past for a major leak in the house also were very prompt and fixed the problem also. Also great on air conditioning problems too.

I wasn't there, so details are sketchy, but they responded to my email immediately and within 24 hours were done.

They gave me a estimate before they came out and were extremely nice to deal with.

The technician was prompt and got right to work. The repair only took a few moments and the service was wonderful.

on time for service appointment . repairmen was professional , explained the work and was done in a fair amount of time. Work was completed and no future issues with leaks

They were very prompt, they were professional, the lady in the office called us to set up the appointment and then she called to tell us they were coming and gave us her information in case we had questions and she responded to several e-mails when I was asking about the different things I needed to do and she also helped with the paperwork, I was able to get a refund on my taxes and also a rebate on my electric bill from installing and everything, and she helped in all that, her customer service skills were excellent, and the technician, Keff, was superb too.

Job went very will overall. The work was done in a professional manner within the time constraints agreed upon.

Everything went well. Phone response was good. Scheduled appt was on time. Estimate was accurate and much less than i had anticipated.

Doug was punctual, polite and let me know exactly what he was doing. He did awesome job! The gal in the office who took the call was pleasant and polite as well, and informed me that they didn't have a technician available until Tuesday, but gave me the option if I needed someone out immediately they could get one after hours. I said it could wait and Doug was there right on time Tuesday morning....the whole job took approximately 1 hour.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Phone staff were pleasant and professional. I think I had to wait a day or so for service. It was no emergency so no big deal on the delay. The plumber arrived on schedule and did his work. The plumber ingeniously avoided the nearby soil pipe and tied into an area that had been updated to pvc about 10 years ago. He ran a p-trap from the bottom of the shower and then about a 40' length of pvc pipe and tied into an existing section of pvc. The work was done in about an hour. This is where I have to point out a mistake the plumber made during the install (and my reason for a 'C' quality rating). The plumber strapped the length of pipe to the floor joists along the run of pipe, however he did not properly strap the section of pipe immediately under the shower (including the p-trap). At some point after the initial install the pipe sagged enough to completely pull itself out of the bottom of the shower. This caused the shower to drain into the crawl space. I have no way to know how long my shower drained into the crawl space but luckily it is well ventilated and i don't think it caused too much damage. I noticed the issue 6 months later while doing other work in the crawl space. I called the office and explained the situation. They came within a day or so and fixed the issue for no charge. I will point out that, despite the mistake initially made I was very pleased with the experience overall and will use Yohe Plumbing again in the future. This is due to their willingness to fix 6 month old work for no additional charge. I did not have to haggle to get this service.

After using a competitor within the last six months, after which, I felt that I had been deceived and gouged, I was sceptical about using yet another plumbing company. Yohe was 180 degrees the opposite of that other experience. Doug came right on time, went right to work, and performed the needed repairs without delay and run-around. He explained the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. It was so much different from the previous experience. Will definitely be using them agaiin!

It went great. He was in and out in less than an hour. He showed up on time and called before he came in. I just liked the guy that came out from them. They have lots of plumbers though so I don't know if it would vary since we always ask for the same guy. They call and remind me of the $75 service charge and confirm that I want that. He had the garbage disposal that I wanted on the truck so he had the parts. We've had toilet issues and they've always been able to fix it right away, they have everything on the trucks that they've needed. My water heater broke and they called and gave me all the pricing before. I knew ahead of time what to expect. Everything is still working. They would have called if they were going to be late.

Plumber seemed in a hurry to leave.

Went well - I couldn;t have fixed leak - he had to replace some springs, etc. Wasn't just a matter of replacing a cartridge. Came on time, took less than an hour

Everything was good. The person who talked to me said that there was a program where I could have it financed through another company called Service Care and the money would go on my electrical bill every month. The price was set by a different company. They were responsive, punctual and professional.

Yohe Plumbing Inc did a great job. we were very pleased with them. they showed up on time and they were pleasant the entire time. i would use them again in the future.
