Description of Work: Smoke detectors were replaced in a few rooms with high ceilings. A very squeaky carpeted floor was repaired by pounding shims between the joist and floor boards, then gluing the repaired area.

Description of Work: Painted several inside rooms, and repaired a set of bedroom sliding closet doors.

 + -1 moreEverything went really well, the door is perfect and they were able to preserve some the moulding. The fence looks great and the bathtub drain isn't leaking any more. I couldn't ask for more! They sunk the fence posts in concrete, a lot more sturdy than they were before, and all the repairs look great.
Description of Work: Ansel and his team came out to do a rental refresh which included replacing a door, fixing a fence, and some plumbing work.
