Description of Work: Filled in 12-ft deep pool, broke down and removed 3 yard buildings, relocated 4 turtles to safe creek area, relocated large rocks and bushes, replanted bushes, patched concrete areas, removed pool slide, diving board, pool steps, concrete pool patio suround with re-bar, built drainage for rainwater runoff, capped water lines connected to pool slide, and gas line in back yard no lomger being used, removed brush from around house, filled in pool with concrete and clay-packed dirt for more stable results vs. using fill dirt. Put fill dirt on top and seeded grass, provided 2 whiskey barrels for planters and planted flowers and small evergreen in each barrel. Removed basketball goal post. Filled in low areas of yard with fill dirt to make more level, cut back small trees growing in cable lines, provided flashing where A/C contractors had failed to do so, fixed gutter drainage on corner of house
