It went great. Excellent work by Quincy and his guys! They cleaned all our windows inside and out and pressure/soft-washed our screen porch and outdoor furniture. They showed up right on time and worked diligently for several hours. They were friendly, professional, careful, thorough, and meticulous. We could not be more pleased, and we look forward to having them back every year. I would recommend them highly.

Mr. Fuller always arrives as scheduled, answers his phone or calls back quickly, and does what he promises in the estimate for the quoted price. He is the consummate professional, easy to work with, and is a kind, personable guy. In our first experience, the team completed the job of window washing many windows in a three level home, including several storm windows that were taken out and cleaned. They also cleaned all the outside woodwork, siding, and wooden doors on all 3 levels, plus the insides of two screened porches. This was accomplished in two days. They worked diligently to get the job done. Mr. Fuller checked the work after the first evening and checked a couple times the second day, including walking through with me and assuring I was satisfied. He did find a couple minor things that weren't up to standard and they got fixed asap. He has also cleaned the exterior of my home 2 times. He also washed the windows at my mother's home, doing an excellent job each time. Shane has worked at my home two times and he does an excellent job, is very professional and friendly. After a thorough check I couldn't find a thing wrong. In sum, We Wash Windows is the top of the top!

Although we had to cancel twice because of rain, Quincy was most responsive in keeping me updated and rescheduled. He and his assistant arrived on time and completed the job in aabout 4 hours. I have over 40 windows and glass doors, and my glass hasn't been this clean and sparkling since we moved in when the house was new. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend to all my friends. I will never struggle with my windows again!

Perfect. Best and most polite experience since arrival in Hammonds Ferry. Punctual, courteous, responsible, thorough over and above expected. As long as he's in business I will have him do all my window and power washing services. Will have him return to do 2nd home on Railroad avenue in spring 2016 also. He and one other worker arrived at exactly 9:00 on appointment day and worked without breaks except for lunch until 6pm. Entire job was done expertly in one day. I am sure he would return for any followup but it was totally unnecessary.

He was on time, but had to leave for an appointment. He came back and finished the job before it got dark. Quincy is very detail oriented and went about his job trying not to disturb us. I was impressed with his quality of work...no streaks and effort to please the customer. I will definitely be contacting him again in the future.

The owner was on premise supervising. He is professional, polite and provides quality service. I was extremely impressed with his thoroughness and efficiency. I will definitely call him again and refer him as well. He quoted a price and that was exactly what I was charged. He also did not tell me I needed more things done than I had asked him to do. I asked questions about some additional work and some he felt might be necessary and others he told me were not necessary. He did not take advantage of the fact that I wanted to go above and beyond what was needed for the final sale of the house. I highly recommend this company.

Quincy and his team cleaned everything by hand. They even cleaned out the area between the inside windows and the storm windows, and cleaned the window in the garage.They were extremely neat through out the entire process and did not leave a mess behind. We did a thorough walk through afterwards and Quincy made sure that everything was perfect in my eyes before he and his team left. Gave looking out the windows a whole new meaning!!!

Mr. Fuller and his helper arrived at 9:00 AM. They were both extremely pleasant men. They had all of the equipment and materials needed to clean our gutters. We have a tall, two story house, with a steeply pitched roof. They bagged all of the debris and asked if they could toss it into the woods, we have several acres of woods. None of it went into my planting beds. Our gutters were so dirty that we had crepe myrtles growing in some of them. At one point they needed wasp spray. It took the two men all day to dig out the crud and then wash the gutters clean. As a matter of fact, they haven't been this clean since they were installed several years ago. I intend to call them to wash my (many) windows, screens, and pressure wash the trim. I can't say enough about how impressed my husband and I are with this company! Oh, and they have worker's compensation insurance. That's a big plus to us.

Perfect! Quincy did exactly as promised and quickly. It took 2 days to complete my job, but only a few hours for my mother's house. (After a great job on my home, my mom used him too.) Quincy followed up several times during the day, checking the quality of his crew's work. That's how I got perfectly streak-less windows. He is very professional, prompt, showed as promised, and performed work for estimated price. His prices are competitive with Fish, but the sales team at Fish never called me back, so I had to find someone else. GREAT LUCK that Fish failed to come. We Wash Windows can't be beat!

I got a prompt response to my initial call. The owner came out and gave me an estimate, and we agreed on a date for the services to be provided. Those services were provided as scheduled. The work was performed diligently. The workers were pleasant. At the conclusion of the work, the owner advised me that his estimate had been too high (he had mistakenly double-counted certain windows when putting together his estimate), and he modified the charges due. This of course made a very favorable impression on me.

Quote given very fast, same day service. Excellent pricing. Didn't end up hiring due to change of plans but very courteous and responsive. Would consider this provider in the future.

Everything went very well. They are efficient, professional and very polite.

Even though there was a mishap with their monthly schedule getting deleted, we were able to receive our service on the original date and time. Quincy arrived on time and began work immediately. The pressure washing was done first, then additional gentlemen arrived to start working on the windows. They were very accommodating - I have 3 dogs - and cleaned the windows in the order that I asked so I could move the dogs around accordingly. I felt like a fish in a brand new bowl once they were done! All of the windows sparkled! They cleaned our screens on our two screened in porches, moved the furniture and replaced it when done. They even went above and beyond and cleaned our wooden rockers and glider on the front porch. Couldn't be happier with their services...they did what they promised to do and i will definitely use them again!

Very please with WE WASH WINDOW service. Mr. Fuller was responsive, professional. He came out, did a work thru and gave an estimate. We agreed on the price and schedule a time for him to do the windows. He arrived at the schedule time with his workers and they proceeded to work. It took them most of the day (we have 41 windows including sky lines) He was efficiency and detail. We will definitely use him in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

I requested an estimate over the phone, however Quincy offered to come right over. Did his walk through, and gave me a price. We agreed and scheduled the service. He and an assistant showed up on time. Quietly went to work. Were very courteous, even took their shoes of when inside. Cleaned up after the work was completed. There were NO re-do's. I'll have them again.
