Showed up on time and did the work efficiently and without any fuss.

They came in immediately and got to work. They were quick and I was thrilled to have my electrical socket working and to find out what the issue was with my outside flood lights.

It went great. The were very competent and professional.

We are remodeling a bathroom and needed electrical work. I called them at app. 8am and they arrived at app. 10:30 am. They did excellent work at a fair price and finished by noon. I would reccommend them and will use them again in future.

They were very professional. I just called them again about another issue and instead of charging me to come out they told me how to fix it without charging me.

I received a courtesy phone call 20 minutes prior to the techincians arrival. They were there on time and prepared. The Techs were well groomed and wear a company uniform. They both were very cordial and spent some time answering all my questions. The job required cutting a hole in the drywall and siding. The drywall was repaired nicely and they sealed the outside hole behind the receptacal box with silicone. The Techs cleaned up after they finished and made sure I was satisfied with the output voltage. The Voltz team are knowlegable, very professional and no nonesense. They arrive ready to do the work you pay for. Prices are extremely competative, particularly when you consider the quality of service.

This is the third time we have called Voltz when in need of electrical work. They have always done a good job for us. They were right on target as to how long the job would take, and the team was very professional.

It went very well. They explained everything and gave me an estimate of the costs.

Two guys showed up on time and quickly swapped out the switches in two areas.

I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment time for 12-2 on Wednesday. I was told ahead there would be an 88 dollar assessment fee. On the day of, I got a call around 11 saying the previous appt was adding additional tasks to the job and the crew was running behind. New expected time was 3-3:30. At 4:15 we received a call from the crew saying they were leaving the other job site and would be at our house in 30 minutes. An hour later, I called the main number to say it was now 5:15 and no one was here or had called. He called the crew and promptly called me back saying they were running behind and offered 20% for our patience. The two men finally arrived at 5:45. They were very nice, explained as best as possible what was going on with our lighting issues. They were very friendly and while waiting for one to go purchase the needed replacement piece, the other man checked out some other issues we were having to help us troubleshoot those problems and offer up solutions. When the ticket came, I was a little shocked by the price. It was 260 even with the 20% off (which I was then told was 20% off labor). There was still the $88 troubleshooting fee that I assumed would then be applied to the bill if we went through to have them work on the problem, but since I was only assuming I didn't argue it. Overall, the crew was very pleasant, clean and efficient. I realize that some things were out of their control, but I do hate that we wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. We would still use them again.

Scheduled appointment for the next day. Arrived within time promised. James and his helper were very professional, friendly, and courteous. The job took six hours including 3 trips to get parts. As far as I can tell, they did a great job!

It went extremely well, two guys showed up and walked me through everything. They had to go and pick up the part I needed for me. They had everything installed within a couple hours.

I had called on Friday, they said they would be here Monday morning between 9 & 11 .They came Monday morning. ON TIME !!. They spent about 10 minutes finding the problem. Had to leave to get a part but were back in 20 minutes. Very helpful & courteous. I don't know if the price was good or not but it seemed reasonable to me.

They were really nice and courteous. They know what they're doing and they're in and out. They're gone in less than 30 minutes. The price was great and they clean up their mess.

Sales was very polite, business like. The experience was very pleasant. Estimate fair in price. This person would not be involved in doing the work. I was looking for someone with more hands on the job himself and with a steady crew. He was not as informed on the codes of North Augusta as I would have liked or I might say his solution to my problem was not the best due to what I think is lack of understanding of North Augusta codes for power lines into a home. I was looking for someone familiar with those codes and who had worked with the City of North Augusta in meeting those code. I think that had done very little work in North Augusta which does have some very tight regulation. I had, previous to this meeting, had the inspector come to my home and tell me what was needed to meet those codes. I cannot rate the company's work because I decided on another contractor who had more experience with the City of North Augusta. In closing let me say that the representative who came to my home was very professional and personable. If it weren't for his seeming inexperience I might have selected them to so my work.

I messages them through Angie's List and they returned my text within minutes and figured out a way to get out to my house that day! Their prices were reasonable. I was very happy.

The provider arrived within the first hour of the estimated agreed-upon time range, and called ahead of their arrival. They were very friendly, professional, answered questions I had, worked steadily, and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and the positive attitude they exhibited while here. They carried excess materials and old ones (fan, parts, etc.) outside to the trash pick-up. They left no mess, and were careful while they worked not to get things dirty

Did not appear for scheduled appointment (9-12) to evaluate job and give an estimate. No phone call was made by them to tell us they were not coming to the appointment. After we called them, someone eventually called us. He was reluctant to come to our home and evaluate the job. He then gave an estimate/guess based on other similar jobs but with no knowledge of our particular circumstances. On my insistence he agreed to call on April 1 or 2 and make an appointment to come an evaluate the job. These calls were not received.. In contrast, Bob Zapata's Electric insisted on inspecting our job before giving an estimate. The estimator arrived on time, evaluated the job and an estimate was received by email the next day. The job is scheduled for next week. It turns out that if we did not happen to have one unused 30 amp breaker in the breaker box, the job could not have been done. Clearly, it was necessary to inspect our setup before giving an estimate.

They were right on time and fixed it quickly, I am very satisfied. No issues all.

On Tuesday evening there was a partial electrical outage at my home. On Wednesday morning (2/5) I called Voltz Electrical Service and explained my dilemma. After taking information, Richard Smith promised me a technican would be to my home on Wednesday (2/6) between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. At 12:15 PM, Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from the technican informing me he was on his way. At 12:50 PM, two technicans arrived at my home and went right to work. Very polite, very professional. At 1:20 PM, problem solved. It felt sooo good to have heat in the house again. The technicians were very thorough and answered all of my questions. It's so good to deal with people who know what they are doing and at the same time give you peace of mind. We will be purchasing a house soon, and we'll certainly call on Voltz to examine the electrical work before purchase. Thank you Richard Smith and team. P.S. I think your little yellow trucks are so cute.

Two workers arrived on time, quoted a fair price, completed the job as promised and left the site clean. I have handed out their cards to two friends.

I LOVE VOLTZ!! They are very nice people! I am so glad that I became a member of Angie's List. I would have never found anyone who is so professional and prompt! They gave me a wonderful quote and did not try to take me for any extra money. They came in and did the work and then check to make sure everything was working properly. My family went 5 days without electricity on one side of our house and in less than an hour Voltz came in and found the problem! They are excellent in what they do! I will recommend them to everyone! From the first call to them leaving after they have solved the problem, I received nothing but pure courtesy. We have had a lot of people who say they can do the work then lie and take us for a huge amount of money and we still have the problem or it is worst.
