Terrible! Stephanie said she would bring in her experienced team to help us sort thru our items, price them accordingly, set them up for the sale and then take things down and clean up after the sale. First, her team consisted of just two people, one of which had no experience in sorting and pricing and the other resorted to looking things up on EBay in order to find prices for our collectibles. They treated a lot of our valuable collectibles as if they had no value. They ruined some items by writing the sale price directly on the item with a permanent marker. During the sale they sold items together in groups for way less than the price that just one of the items was originally marked for the sale. Most of our belongings they crowded into the garage so a few items could be displayed in our house. We hired them so we didn't have to be present for the sale or deal with any of the setting up or cleaning up after the sale. We ended up helping the two workers set up and we had to do a lot of the cleaning up too. On the last day the sale we came home a half an hour before the sale was to end only to find that they had already taken down all of the signs, cleared away their tables, and we're just about ready to pull out of our driveway. They had left a sign on our door that said for the last few hours of the sale everything was 75% off. When it came time for us to receive our money we were told we would receive a check in the mail within the month. It took almost three months for us to get our money and that was after making several phone calls asking what happened to our check. The amount we received for everything that was sold was way below the amount we had expected. The list of items sold was very vague and almost not helpful at all. So we don't really know how much any of the items really sold for. I would avoid this company if you are planning on having an estate sale. Find someone else to do the sale for you. I would never use them again and I would certainly never recommend them unless you want to lose money and be treated badly and have some of your items ruined.

From start to finish Jerry was very responsive toward the purchase and delivery of an extremely well priced Leather chair. We looked at the chair on two separate visits; Jerry helped with the second more detailed inspection and efficiently took our payment with an I-Pad. The delivery was equally reasonable and obviously Jerry knew what he was doing to strap in the chair, covered with clean furniture blankets.

Initially Stephanie was very helpful and professional. She and her crew worked really h****** a very short time frame. Although it was a cash only sale, she claimed she did not know what was sold each day. She did perform an excellent cleanup after the sale. She had removed some of the better antiques that my mom had to sell on consignment that I had agreed to but I was informed that she had sold them to a dealer instead. I had requested a payout of $2000 out of the funds which she granted. She told me 2 weeks after the sale that final payment would be made after 30 days of the sale. It is now July 16th and she rarely answers emails and does not return calls. No final payment has been issued although I received an email on 7/2 stating that it was "in the mail". She still will not provide any information on total sales amounts, documentation or the final check for funds that are due.

Held estate sale for my mother who passed away. They were very professional and did everything that I signed in the contract. The house was spotless after the sale and able to turn over to my realtor. I think Ms Lovell and Mr Smiley are the perfect people to do these types of sales. They were able to price my items at a good and fair price and very knowlegeable about my mothers antiques and newer items. I can not say more on how HONEST and DEPENDABLE they were. My check came from them as promised and I was very pleased.
