 + -1 moreI had found Savannah Outdoor Living online and contacted them on a Saturday regarding the purchase of outdoor patio swivel chairs. They have a set posted online for $874.75 (Executive 7 Piece High Back Sling Patio Furniture Set 6 Swivel Chairs, model #HJS-104). I spoke with one of their sales representatives on a Saturday and explained that I only needed the 6 chairs in this set. The sales representative agreed to keep the table from this set and would sell me the 6 swivel chairs for $874.75 and would waive the shipping charge. Unfortunately the sales rep said that he would call me back and never did, nor did I get his name. I left 2 messages on their voicemail system and never received a return phone call. Several days later, I contacted the store and spoke with one of the owners (Aaron). I explained the synopsis of my conversation with his sales rep from the previous Saturday and wanted to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, Aaron would not stand by the offer that was verbally quoted by his sales rep and wanted to charge me over a $1000 for the 6 chairs. BEWARE- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OFFERS.
