+ -1 moreHe did not put the appropriate levels of finish on the floors which resulted in my having to have the floors completely redone four years later.

+ 1 moreThey were subcontracted to put in herringbone flooring for over 6000 sq ft of a multilevel home and did not respect the angles and dimensions of the rooms and furthermore just laid down parquet without properly gluing to the subfloor and then covered it all up with paper to "protect" it until ready for final finishing. When the paper was removed months later (after they cashed their checks and left) the full scope of the mess was evident and another contractor had to come in costing >35K to fix the problem. Taylor Hardwood & Floors was non-responsive to calls and refused to return messages.
Description of Work: They were hired to put herringbone and parquet flooring for a very large job here and left it in such a shambles that their work had to be lifted and replaced in it's entirety with additional expense of labor and new materials.
