Contractor was called multiple times to inquire about estimate for work. Provider would not return phone calls regarding an estimate. Would have been happy to consider them for business, however, the communication process was lousy.

He was able to do good work for us and keep costs down and he's good on what he does, we haven't got on some bigger project, he was doing a small project for us. He's more of a big renovation guy that we were planning on big renovations but we keep getting caught with little things that need to be done so we never used him for his full purpose, I don't know that it would be good to use me as a reference. For what he did for us, he did a very good job, he completed the job on time and came up with ways to keep costs down and he was pro-active in problem solving and completed the work on time with quality guys, he was fabulous in that respect and we're happy with him. He was punctual and he's professional. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it which is nice and actually a rarity in this town. I have attempted to contact him, we want more work done, he hasn't returned our call but I think it's because I think the stuff we had were small jobs and he's looking for bigger ones. My only frustration was that he had not returned our calls, but the project he was perfect from start to finish.

He does absolutely meticulous work. He is honest and great to work with. I would highly recommend him.

They are friendly. The guy is a skilled worker. It is a locally owned business and he knows the older homes in the area. He is good at what he is doing. My husband is a friend of his and he dealt with that. He does some work for my husband too so I don't know if it was a trade between them. I would use them again in the future.
