We used Krazy Klean a couple of years ago and thought they did a fantastic job cleaning our grout. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business and there are few companies in the Augusta, GA area to provide tile and grout cleaning. Stanley Steamer was very responsive, and we were able to schedule the service quickly. We were taken aback by the estimate, it was nearly 3 times the cost charged by their former competitor. They also tried to sell us additional sealant (our floor has a 15 year sealant on it) that would change the color of our grout. We declined that service. We scaled back the job to have them concentrate on our high traffic areas, such as the kitchen. We were surprised at how little time they spent cleaning the floor. They assured us it was clean, and when it dried we would be able to tell (they packed up and were gone long before the floor dried). However, we do not think the grout was nearly as clean as expected. We could hardly tell they had cleaned it at all. This is in stark contrast to our experience with Krazy Klean. We were disappointed in the quality of service, and it's cost, and will not use them again.

We use Stanley Steemer one time to touch up a couple of places, we're happy with them. They came out same day, within a few hours they were here cleaning the carpet.

I own several single family rental properties and have used Stanley Steemer Carpet Service many times through the years. Their process refreshes worn carpet in a way that is remarkable. They rake the carpet fibers to remove that tired worn appearance. On more than one occasion their process rejuvenated carpet that I was prepared to replace, but was able to avoid the cost.

The crew were right on time. They evaluated the carpets and discussed options of how to get it cleaned. Everything looked great in the end and was worth the money.

It was fabulous. I think they should have explained more about the pricing breakdown. They seemed to know what they were doing and explained what certain elements would work and wouldn't work. They came in and did their job. They were fast, efficient and professional.

They were on time. Got right to work. Got out all spots I indicated. They were gone within the hour. Left our carpet damp, but not wet as so many do. Dried quickly and looked brand new.

They were on time. I didn't think one of the bedrooms was clean enough and asked them to go over it. They did as I asked but the excuses started, "It wear." "It's shadows." Despite the protests, going over it again made it a lot better. They went through the rest of the rooms and took the equipment downstairs before asking me if I was satisfied with the upstairs (which I am not). I told them it was unnecessary to move furniture (which, in the past had been moved by them) so I thought spending a little extra time on heavily traveled areas wouldn't have been a problem but I guess it was. They didn't put the protectors under all of my light tables and furniture that they did move leaving it unprotected. Worst of all, one of the providers took personal phone calls and was having an argument with someone on the phone, which is extremely unprofessional. I've used this company numerous times in the past and have always been happy with the way my carpets looked but not this time. Other companies in the area will do a similar job for half of the price. I am willing to pay the higher price for exemplary service and that's not what was received.

Very responsive. Adjusted time quickly. Came when they said they would. however, cleaned very quickly and, according to me, not that thoroughly. There were deep marks on the carpet where they said it wouldn't go because of dry dust settling in deep. gave a good explanation of why it wouldn't go. something about dirt running down the sides of the wall and furniture and settling so deep into a carpet that it wouldn't go at all. even if a soap based product was used it would only hide it for a couple of days. said they see it all the time...charged me 150 for 4 rooms. however, my cleaner said she would try the next day and she has been able to get a lot of the stains out !! and it's been almost a week and nothing's bled back and she charged me less than that... i personally think if they would have tried a bit more or were determined to really clean my carpets, it would have been a better result..

They cleaned it very well. They were very friendly.

The experience was great; I had another cleaning company try to clean it and they left water streaks on it. It is a beige sofa so it is kind of hard to clean. These guys came in and within an hour they had it fully cleaned; it looked brand new and I was very impressed.

I would not use their services again in the future.

I don't know if they caused a problem or if it already existed. The bottom line was that they had to come back and make the service right so they essentially came out and cleaned the carpets twice. They didn't give me any problems about coming out and they went over the entire carpets a second time because when they had finished the carpets were sticky. After they went over them again, that problem was not there. Other than the fact that I had to make accommodations for them to do it twice, I was satisfied. They called before they came and told me they were on the way. They arrived promptly and they described what they were going to do. The whole process took the amount of time they said it would take. I would probably recommend them. They did make it right. I would probably use them again.

They are expensive and their pricing needs to improve. I like them as they do not mess around and give me the assurance of doing a good job. They have never given me a discount so far or provided any free service even though I have been their customer for so long. They have always performed a very good job. They have always taken time to answer any specific questions of mine like when I ask them why they cannot get a particular stain out or anything. They know what they are doing. They are always on time. I would use them again in the future.
