+ -1 moreI was having a nightmare. 20 minutes before my family was supposed to arrive at my new house, I was walking by the downstairs bathroom and noticed a small river flow of water coming out of it. As it turns out, there were pine tree roots clogging up my outside lines and that in turn, backed up everything inside. Yikes! I called the company on Saturday and there were able to do a quick, temporary fix that day. They came back out a few days later to correct things permanently (or at least for quite a few years). A new pipe was laid in, the roots were cleared out and he also installed a flip-top on the outdoor drain to eliminate the backups inside the home. The plumber was very professional and explained everything out in English (as opposed to plumber-speak) and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
Description of Work: The plumber came out to my house because we had tree roots clogging up our outside lines. He cleaned out the roots and put in a new pipe in that section. He also added a new cap on the drain line outside that would flip up when the pressure built up in order to eliminate backups indoors if the situation popped up again.
