excellent job just a little slow but weather did play a factor.

My wife got Southern roofing. We have a huge house and it took them quite a while to do it. It might have been last year when they came.

It still is not really fixed. They tried to clean material of exterior brick and ended up causing more damage. I would not recommend them.

They showed up on time everyday, and worked till there was no light left. The work and the clean up was fantastic. Bob took care of any issues I had right away without question. I'd highly recommend then to my friends and neighbors.

Estimate was well-done, addressing specifics of this property (pitch, exposure, etc.) Arrived on-time, worked consistently, good cleanup after the work. No leaks!

After numerous repairs to the existing roof, due to leaks, my elderly Mother decided to have a new roof installed. She was given the name of Southern Roofing by a relative. I happen to be visiting my Mother when the work was done. This is a very small roof but does have a sky light. The sky light flashing seems to have been the problem in the past. My Mother was assured, and so was I, that this was going to be fixed properly by this company. The workers showed up on Wednesday April 23rd to start the job. After working for about an hour they left. They did not return for about three hours. They worked for another hour and took an extensive break. The job that could have and should have taken one day was now going to take two. The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. On Wednesday, April 29th we had rain. Thankfully not the full blown storm that was called for by the weather channel. The roof began to leak in the same spot it had leaked previously. It also leaked in a spot it hadn't leaked in years. I called Brandon and told him what was happening. He came out and placed a tarp over the sky light and adjoining area. He said they would be out the following day to remove and re-do the roof in that area. The following morning no one showed up nor did they call to say it was raining where they were, not where we were, so wouldn't be out. I had to call to find out they were not coming. They returned today, May 2nd to repair the brand new roof job. This time they removed the glass in the sky light to properly seal the flashing. While doing so they knocked a lot of debris into the house. They did not come in to clean up this mess nor did they say anything at all when they finished. They just left. Until the next rain we do not know if the roof has actually been fixed properly. I have to say there has been a complete lack of professionalism with this company. I am glad I was here to make the phone calls and clean up the mess so that my 91 year old Mother did not have to deal with the problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

About 3 months after the provider replaced the roof in our house, the roof started leaking. He took a look, then told us that the leak was due to how the window was installed, but an independent window service disagreed. We redid the window anyway, but the leak continued. We asked that he or his people take another look - he said OK, but never came, and - despite calling multiple times - he never came and never sent his people. After months of leaking (it leaked 4 to 5 times), we finally gave up and had a different company fix the roof. It has never leaked since, even during the recent deluge. We felt abandoned by Southern Roofing, and had to find a different company to fix a problem that they should have fixed earlier and - at least - should have helped us out. They get an F.

Called for estimate and got a prompt response. Work was done in a prompt and professional manner. Over all we are very much pleased with our experience with this company. The staff was very friendly and professional and we love our roof!

I called the office asking for someone to come out and give me an estimate for repairing a leak on a vent on our roof. The woman (Gena) was very nice and told me someone would call me. No one did, so I called the next day, again a very nice woman (Sylvia)apologized and said one of the estimators would call me, which he did and said he would be by in 45 minutes. He never came and didn't call back to say he wouldn't be there. I called the next day Gena told someone would be out the next day. No one came. I called the fourth time and cancelled. It has been raining a lot and I know they're very busy, but I would have appreciated a return call when no one showed. Sylvia was very apologetic, but I told her I wished I had be contacted by someone whether they were coming out or not.

Work went very well. Contreactor started on schedule and finished the job as promised.

These folks are fine. I will use them for a full replacement of my main roof when the time is right. Prompt and warranties their work.

The crew that performed the job was very professional. They did an outstanding job. The personnel that owned the business were very professional. I was extremely satisfied. They followed up when they said they would and they called when they said they would.

They were top-notch and I would use them again.

They were extremely good and matter of fact I am thinking about having my shingles replaced on the other half of my house and I am going to call them back. The work that they performed for me was excellent and I have no problems with it. They were on time and they actually completed the job sooner than I thought.

Overall a great job, done quickly and well.

They were very friendly. They had the best price of all of the companies that came out for the estimate. Everything they have done so far has been very good.
