Description of Work: Riggin's representative showed up at the agreed upon time and performed the service that we asked for. He sprayed inside the house, under the house, around the house and into the front, sides and back yard. Very professional and courteous. A week or so later, we had signs of the same problem. Riggin's sent someone back to our house and repeated the above referenced work. We have had no problems since. We plan to have them come out every three months or before, if needed. We have tried a few other pest control companies. NO ONE compares to their customer service! NO ONE! I highly recommend them!!

+ 0 morePrice and punctuality for visit was good, but several months later the pests came back in force. The 1-year warranty covered the need for a total re-treatment (thank God). Bus. owner said this was the worst call-back he has seen and he blamed it on a bad technician (now fired). The house had signs of termite problems but at no time did this business alert me to the problems (visible in the same area as this treatment). Owner had professional attitude and showed remorse.
Description of Work: Treatment of a basement for powder post beetle using a borate solution. Amount of wood (floor support) area exceeded 3000 sq. ft.

Description of Work: Treat a 3400 sq. ft. house for powder post beetle, heavy infestation. Borate solution was used on all floor joists.
