RAY'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

Went pretty good but he is a busy man so scheduling was tough. He provided good recommendations to improve water drainage from the roof. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Glenn was very responsive. He showed at the scheduled time to provide an estimate and it was in line with a prior estimate I had received. The work was delayed due to weather but he followed up promptly, rescheduled, showed up, and finished the job. He then called me to ask how the job was performed since I was not there when they completed the work. Very satisfied and will use his services in the future.

No--over priced and hard to get in contact with

I called this provider to do some work for me and he said that he would be able to do the work. So I gave him a check for $285.00 to purchase supplies for the job. It has been over a month now and he has still not done the work. I would have been happier if he had just told me he could not do the work, instead of just taking my money and not doing the job. I am not satisfied with what little he did work either, because it does not even look good. He just threw it up, didn't cut it evenly, and half put up the work he did do. I called him because he was A rated on Angie's List, but he is not an A rated provider.

Glenn Ray at Ray's Home Improvement is a very nice and easy to work with gentleman. His work was done soon after I made the call. He knew exactly what needed to be done on the phone initially with very little explanation of the problem making the experience easier. He came on time around my work schedule, was professional, and the workmanship was, in my humble opinion, very well done. I will definitely use him again for any of the services he provides.

Provider was very detailed in his contract and also explained what he would be doing and the reason for the price. Provider also gave advice on where to purchase materials and was able to provide insight to how the color would expand to shrink the room. Provider was great to work with and did not have any issues on the job. Crew worked hard and also had no problems.

He is a great, humble person. Anything he and his crew does, they do right. I have never had any complaints on his work. He always makes sure that the work is completed to superior standards. He is getting ready to put gutters up around my home. He and his crew have replaced the wood paneling around the house that has started to rot away.
