+ -1 moreBlinds installed and very happy with all. Plantation shutters came with louvers too large and second set came with frame too small. Third attempt fit just fine. Provider reordered each time without a problem.
Description of Work: Six accordion blinds for a new room and two plantation shutters for windows on each of front door.

+ -1 morePurchase order with deposit given in 7/2015, called end of 9/2015 to see status of order. Office clerk said owner would get back with me. This did not occur. Still waiting. Have not had an opportunity to see shutters but based on others comments will make sure they are thoroughly examined before installation.

+ -1 moreA total nightmare. Would NEVER recommend this provider. Very Rude and unprofessional.
Description of Work: December 2013 - Provider shows up 1.5 hrs late December 2013 - Order Plantation Shutters (Cafe Style), told it would be 6-8 weeks Feb. 2014 - March 2014 - Made many phone calls to check the status of shutters. Provider would NOT return calls. March 2014 - Installer shows up to install shutters (12 weeks later)...Top of shutters was not painted and had numbers stamped on top. March 2014 - Have not heard from Provider and Deposit has not been refunded (After making phone calls). March 2014 - Provider showed up and tired to install a very poor quality shutter and could not install them because the measurements were wrong. After they left (shutter never installed) we did not hear from them for two months and they would not return our phone calls. May 2014 - After making two trips to the Business on 5/13/14 and 5/14/14, Kevin informed us that he would NOT refund our deposit and we still do not have the shutters.

I placed the order and the job was completed within the month with beautiful results. I found their product to be of high grade and durability. I would definitely use again. I just wish I could get them to travel to Florida to do my home there.
