They ended up walking off the job. The cabinets needed to be redone and they wouldn't come back and replace the insufficient cabinets. Apparently the contractor never paid him for the custom cabinets. We had a contract in writing and they never even finished the job. Beware of this company!
Description of Work: They did a poor remodel job on my kitchen.

Total cost was in the neighborhood of $50,000. Contractor took initiative to improve quality in several areas and did not add costs to price. Note that I did not take bids, since I had seen this contractor's work and wanted him for this job. Yes, I would hire him again should the occasion arise.
Description of Work: Constructed 20'x12' screened deck, 40' covered handicap ramp (connected to deck), 24x24 garage (connected to ramp) brick and concrete steps and porch, 10x5 well house Quality was outstanding, work went on schedule. All of this was connected to an existing double-wide (1924 sq. ft.) manufactured home, joined to its roof, etc. (except the well house was free-standing and used our furnished cedar lumber) Other lumber was pressure-treated pine.
