Went very well. Pardues always do a superb job. They are my "go to" plumbers and I highly recommend them.

My water heater started making a banging noise, and I noticed a slow leak just below where the banging sound appeared to originate. I had also heard knocking sounds under my bathroom sink after the water was turned off in the tub or toilet. I called around 9am and left a voice message, and by noon someone was here to check out the problem. He quickly determined that my pressure was about 160 and should be no higher than 75, so he installed the pressure control valve in a new box in my front yard, and within an hour it was finished and ready to go. The lawn even looked great, you could hardly tell he dug it up. Could not ask for better response to this issue! I am very happy with their service and will definitely call them again.

The Pardues made a concerted effort to clear the drain line, but were unsuccessful. It was simply time to replace it. They were highly professional in all that they did andextremely helpful in their recommendations.

Once again, Pardue plumbing did a fantastic job at my residence. Mr. Pardue responded as quickly as possible after my initial call and arrived when he said he would. He understood the problem I was having with my aging tub/shower plumbing and repaired it immediately. He also answered all my questions about an issue that concerned me regarding in-house water pressure after I had replaced the main line in from the street. He installed a pressure control valve with which I can now adjust my water pressure into the and quot;idealand quot; range down from the and quot;near-dangerousand quot; range as it was. Mr. Pardue is fair and professional in every way. His helper (who was also courteous and professional) is being trained by a master. I would highly recommend Pardue Plumbing to anybody needing professional plumbing work at a fair and reasonable price.

I have used Pardue's plumbing for a long time now. They always come over the same day I call - usually within an hour or two. Immediately if it's an emergency. I moved in to this house a couple of years ago. Pardue's installed two sinks, fixed leaks, snaked the drain to the road. They said they would be here within two hours. They were here in less than an hour. They did all the work (and some extras). Very happy with the work they do.

Called Mr. Pardue and within a day he was out at my house at 6:30 am in the morning. He was very cautious not to make a complete mess in my front yard. He said that he wanted to be neat as possible cause the lawn looked like I took care of it. It took him 3 hrs. to find the leak and put everything back. He went to his own house and got 3 large buckets of dirt to put back in the hole he dug out. Said the the dirt was just too saturate to put back in without mixing it in with drier dirt. He didn't charge me extra for the dirt. He put the dirt and grass back neatly and really couldn't tell it was dug up. He did a neat job in a timely manner. He also called the water company to get a new metal hole for the county water pipe which I called 10 yrs ago and they wouldn't switch it out for me. Within 2 days water company replaced the metal hole that goes around their water pipe. Mr. Pardue went the extra mile for his customer. He didn't have to call the water company. I would definitely use him again.

They always make appointments on time. They know their profession and do a great job. I always use them when I had a plumbing problem.

They responded withing two hours of my call. Cleared the drain without any problems. Very courteous, professional. Would highly recommend you call them when you need a drain opened.

The owner’s name is Wayne Pardue. He was pretty responsive. He came after 5:30 to do the job when I got back from work. I didn’t get charged overtime for that. He was very good. Pardue's Plumbing has always been very efficient and very reasonable. They are very nice people. I don’t dislike anything about them.

I think he does a great job. He's very competent and knows his stuff. They're always kind, courteous, and respectful. They're very respectable people. If you've got a problem they're usually pretty quick to get to your house. I thought the price was definitely agreeable.
