Brutal. I had a washer go down, and the only reason I tried Mr. Appliance was because I needed a washer quickly because of some very special guests we had planned for three months. I set up an appointment November 16th, had a technician on the 20th come and tell me they needed to order a part that would take 5 business days. Almost three weeks went by. In those weeks, I called three times, asking for updates. I was told I'd be called back. Never was. The last call, I asked to speak with a manager, who "shockingly" wasn't available. The person answering the phone said, "They might call you back today, or maybe tomorrow." At this point, frustrated beyond belief, I ordered a new washer, which came in two days (should have been my first move). The washer only cost $100 more than the crazy price Mr. Appliance was charing me. Then when I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give me a full one, saying they needed to charge for the visit (clearly customer satisfaction is not as important as $90.00). It seems like management doesn't know how to train employees, and employees just don't care. The shame, there are good repair businesses that will be ignored because of Mr. Appliance's bad reputation. People like me will now just buy it new and forget the hassle of repair services. Epically disappointed. Stay away!

Quinten, the Owner/Operator of the local Mr. Appliance franchise, came out two days after initial contact. He determined the problem immediately. A part needed to be ordered, which came in the next day and Shawn, another repairman, came and installed the part and the dryer is working again. Both Quentin and Shawn were very polite and professional. They worked quickly but competently to repair our dryer. I would definitely recommend this business to any one needing appliance repairs.

Description of Work: Looked at dishwasher. Told us it could be one of two things, which we already knew. We had already replaced one part our selves so he said it had to be the other part. He did not take it apart to test. So how could he know that was what was wrong? Said it would be $300 to fix. But no guarantee that it would be fixed. So we said no thanks!

On the morning of my afternoon appointment I had to call and cancel due to being very sick and not wanting to get anyone else sick from coming in contact with me or my home. I called the Mr. Appliance office and spoke with the office manager who was so kind and understanding. After wishing me well and hopes that I feel better soon, she asked if I wanted to reschedule at that moment or wait until I was feeling better. The people I encountered with this company are not only professional and very kind, but they're also very willing to go above and beyond to make the experience very pleasant and friendly. Mr. Appliance, it's employees and owner truly care about the customer and will go above and beyond to assure you're happy and completely satisfied.
