Michael Pace is an incompetent business owner. Check BBB and other review sites before signing up for service with this company. They're probably cheaper than the other companies, but their customer service is severely lacking. We purchased a house in May and asked the seller to put a termite bait station in place prior to closing. Apparently, our closing attorney was supposed to give us a contract, but we can't find a record of receiving one one. Instead of working with us to resolve it, the company instead blamed us for not "complying" with a contract we didn't receive, trespassed on my property without notice before or after coming to remove their bait traps and left holes all over my yard, and was overall very unpleasant to work with. I would highly recommend looking for another company to manage your pest control. Very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional staff.
