IT WENT GREAT! INSTALLER WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE THAT I HAVE EXPERIANCED WITH DIRECT TV, IS THAT WHEN IT RAINS, SERVICE GOES OUT TEMPORARILY AND ON DEMAND IT NOT UPDATED WITH NEW SHOWS THE NEXT DAY LIKE COMCAST OTHER THAN THAT NO COMPLAINTS.

I have been using them for about 10 years. They got good service.

It works well unless it rains. However, I put a small antenna on my television so when the rains come, I can at least get six channels. We knew beforehand that when we get the terrible rainstorms, it wasn't going to work. Fortunately it hasn't rained much. We balanced the rains against getting cable that goes out as well. Since we have the capability of looking at the local channels, we feel like it's worth it. It's hard to complain about it. The picture is good and they installed it the way they said they would. They explained it and we really haven't had a problem. I think the price is going to go up soon because we had a two year agreement. We get more channels than we got with cable at a lower price. I have no reason to complain. The price, because of the packaging, is fine. It is what it is. We got exactly what they promised. I can only base responsiveness on the initial installation. They were on time and they did it in a timely fashion. I spent some time with the gentleman who brought us different materials. I will use them for at least another year.
