Painted and installed exterior window shutters. Repaired three bi-fold closet doors. Good quality work and price was reasonably. Still waiting for contractor to contact me regarding fixing/replacing bi-fold door with small hole and servicing entrance door. Could not use email to communication with contractor and had to use short text messages which was confusing at times. Cell phone communications was also marginally. Contractor did not follow-up to see if I was satisfied or needed other work done.

Mr. Heulan Watts with the Maintenance Pros was a consummate professional. He called when he was running late with another job which is to be commended. His rates are very reasonable as well. He did a great job installing the shower heads, repairing the commode, and he also took the time to find longer screws and reassembled the top part of my grandson's toy chest. He is a kind and professional man. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Great job!

Mr. Watts and Maintenance Pros took care of all the little jobs, I needed him to do get my home ready for sale, without any issues or hassles. His people were self-starters and didn't need any monitoring. I was happy with the work he did. In fact, I was so happy, that I am having him do more. He will probably be my go to guy in the future. I would definitely recommend him to others. Let me also state that I only chose 4 stars because I always believe that there is room for improvement, but his score is closer to a 5 than a 4.

The team of 3 worked on a number of small projects to include installation of a new storm door, chair rail, wallpaper border, dry wall repair, and some painting. Each project was accomplished very professionally and exceeded my expectations. They workers were respectful and cleaned up after the work was completed. The price was far less than the competition (I had gotten an estimate from another gentleman). I strongly recommend this company!

Did exactly as they said they would do and on time. They fixed the leak but unfortunately they didn't match the shingles color to what was on the roof so I can't give them a perfect score. Otherwise they did a great job.

The work crew were terrific. Very friendly and did not complain about the little extras that the wife added that she wanted to be done. I would not hesitate to hire this Company again. The only negative that we had was all the fine dust cleanup we had to do. The crew definitely knew how to do the job and done an awesome good job.

The service and installation of a bathroom vanity and toilet was excellent. Due to a pipe leaking came back immediately and repaired to working order, no more leak. This was the first company,, out of three, to show up to do the work as stated. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time. I will definetly hire again for other repairs that may be needed and will recommend them highly.

They installed a bathroom fan in our Master shower. Installation was done well and quick. They were complete in just over an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and there was really no evidence of them even being there, minus the new fan in my shower. My schedule changed several times and they worked around my schedule and were very punctual. I will definitely hire them again.
