We needed some crown molding repaired/replaced in our kitchen before holiday guests arrived and Maintenance Pros did an excellent job of scheduling us quickly and their work was top-notch. It was a pleasure to hire them and we will be using them again and again!!

I had a leak in part of my popcorn ceiling to be repaired and was told that the color might not blend in well and they could go further up the ceiling to make it look better.I said I would go with just the repair The color was a problem and they came out and tried something that worked. I am pleased with the result. They were professional on time and well equipped. Would use again.

Very dependable, excellent work ethic, highly recommend. Work included repair wood damage on windows; pressure wash driveway, awning; paint door trim, reposition storm door latch.

The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and interested in doing the work I presented. I set up an appointment with Maintenance Pros and he never showed or called. He must have too much work or didn't want to do the flooring job he said he could do. He gets a .5 for answering the phone.

They went the extra mile and made improvements to ensure the water damage would not happen again. When the work was completed, the area was clean and looked as if they were never there.
