Terrible service, house was still dirty after service, did not follow checklist for all cleaning needs

Danielle always does a fantastic job when she cleans our home. Even the little things that we don't think about are taken care of. She has done a move out clean for us and the work was beyond exceptional. I love that she works with us when life gets in the way. She makes time to come for extra cleans when we are having house guests or throwing a party. She has come to get us ready for gatherings and then come back to clean up after. The rates are far below others in the area and we still get great service. She is flexible when we need to change our regular day and goes above and beyond to try to work with us.

Danielle is professional, reliable, thorough, flexible and honest. I have left her alone in my home many times with no concerns. She does an excellent job and I highly recommend her.

**********UPDATE********** I noticed that this "business" is advertising another Daily Deal through the Augusta Chronicle, please DO NOT PURCHASE, you may not get ANY services or you money back!! Please read the review below for details of my experience with Danielle Phillips (owner of Affordable Cleaning Services). This is a very unprofessional women, that will steal your money and take advantage of you. DO NOT TRUST HER OR HER OFFERS. Buyer Beware!! Ms. Phillips will rip you off - Read the complaints filed with the BBB against her. I paid her $99 to clean my house at any time within a year. When I contacted her about scheduling a time she informed me that she would not have an opportunity to clean my house at any time within the year and that she did not have the $99 to refund me. Extremely unprofessional and deceitful. I should have checked her out prior to falling for her deceptive schemes. Please do not trust this woman - she is a crook! I've since learned that she does not even have a business license to operate in Richmond County I made a purchase from Ms. Phillips on 9/16/2012, the offer stated that her company (Affordable Cleaning Service) would perform 6 hrs of house cleaning b/t 9/16/12 and 9/12/2013. I contacted Ms. Phillips in early Nov. 2012 to schedule the cleaning and was told that she could not perform the service until Jan or Feb of 2013. I called back on 1/14/13 to schedule the service and was told that the voucher had expired on 12/12/12. I informed Ms. Phillips that she was mistaken.. the voucher clearly states the expiration date as 9/12/2013. She then tells me that even so, she does not have the 6 hrs open to clean my house. I explain that I'm in no hurry - she can schedule the service out as far as she needs to, even if she can't get to me until Sept, just so long as she makes good on the deal. Ms. Phillips makes it clear that she will not have the 6 hr block of time open at ANY time between 1/14/13 and 9/12/13 - which I found very hard to believe. At any rate, I told her that if cleaning were not an option that I would accept a refund of the $99 that I had paid for her services. Ms Philips informs me that she does not have nor will she have the $99 to refund me. So at this point I'm out $99 and I have a merchant that will not make good on her end of a contractual agreement to perform 6 hours of house cleaning services at any given time during a year. I think that Ms. Phillips DBA Affordable Cleaning Services is unethical, and unprofessional, and that she has very deceptive practices. I would not recommend her services, or lack thereof, to anyone and feel that she should not be allowed to operate a business in the surrounding counties. She lists no address for her business, the phone number that she lists for the business is one of a disposable mobile carrier that is registered in Pennsylvania. I just feel that I have been the victim of a scam and hope to prevent anyone else from becoming a victim of her scheming. I’ve since learned that Ms. Phillips does not even hold a license in Richmond County to operate a business.
